摘要
目的探讨抗生素合理应用情况分析与循证药学的应用价值。方法选取该院2016年4月—2017年6月间收治的患者共86例,将其随机分组比较,将按循证药学方法用药者设定为观察组,将按常规方法用药者设定为对照组,每组43例患者。结果观察组用药3 d的治疗总有效率为60.46%、对照组为27.91%(χ~2=15.326,P<0.05);观察组用药5 d的治疗总有效率为72.09%,对照组为41.86%(χ~2=13.287,P<0.05);观察组用药7 d的治疗总有效率为93.02%,对照组为51.16%(χ~2=17.541,P<0.05)。此外,观察组抗生素药物使用时间为(3.95±0.53)d,对照组抗生素药物使用时间为(7.48±0.46)d,数据差异有统计学意义(t=5.154,P<0.05)。结论临床按照循证药学方法为患者指导使用抗生素药物,可有效提高治疗效果,缩短用药时间,且用药方案的安全性比较高,值得进一步推广。
Objective To study the rational application of antibodies and analysis of application value of evidence-based pharmacy. Methods 86 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each, the observation group used the evidence-based pharmacy method, while the control group used the routine method. Results The total treatment effective rate in 3 days after medication in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 60.46% and 27.91%(χ2=15.326,P〈0.05;the total treatment effective rate in 5 days after medication in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 72.09% and 41.86%(χ2=13.287,P〈0.05); and the total treatment effective rate in 7 days after medication in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 93.02% and 51.16%(χ2=17.541,P〈 0.05),Besides,the use time of antibodies in the observation group and in the control group was respectively(3.95±0.53)d and(7.48±0.46)d, and the difference was statistically significant(t =5.154,P 〈0.05). Conclusion We should guide the patients to use the antibodies according to the evidence-based pharmacy method thus effectively improving the treatment effect and shortening the medication time, with high safety of medication plan, and it is worth further promotion in clinic.
