循证护理在小儿腹泻护理及对提高临床效果的应用分析

Analysis of Evidence-based Nursing in the Nursing of Diarrhea Children in Improving the Clinical Effect

目的观察循证护理在小儿腹泻护理及对提高临床效果的应用效果。方法研究时间自2016年3月—2017年12月结束,从中山大学附属第七医院选取59例腹泻患儿作为研究样本,以护理措施的不同随机分为循证护理组(n=31)和常规护理组(n=28),常规护理组予以常规护理,循证护理组予以循证护理。而后对比两组患儿临床症状消失时间、住院时间以及家属满意度。结果循证护理组止泻时间(1.51±0.47)d、退热时间(1.05±1.34)d、住院时间(3.96±1.33)d与常规护理组(2.45±1.42)、(3.85±1.22)、(6.88±1.23)d比较,差异有统计学意义(t=3.483 2、8.360 6、8.725 4,P<0.05);循证护理组家属满意度为93.55%,常规护理组为71.43%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.113 7、P=0.023 7)。结论循证护理在小儿腹泻护理及对提高临床效果的应用效果显著,加速了患儿的及早恢复,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the evidence-based nursing in the nursing of diarrhea children in improving the clinical effect. Methods 59 cases of diarrhea children admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to December2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to different nursing measures, the routine nursing group with 31 cases used the routine nursing, while the routine nursing group with 28 cases used the routine nursing,and then the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, length of stay and satisfactory degree of family were compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the antidiarrheal time, defervescence time and length of stay between the evidence-based nursing group and the routine nursing group were statistically significant, [（1.51 ±0.47）,（1.05±1.34）,（3.96±1.33）d vs（2.45±1.42）,（3.85±1.22）,（6.88±1.23）d],（t=3.483 2,8.360 6,8.725 4,P〈0.05）, and the satisfactory degree of family in the evidence-based group and in the routine nursing group was respectively 93.55% and71.43%, and the difference was obvious（χ2=5.113 7,P=0.023 7）. Conclusion The application effect of evidence-based nursing in nursing of children with diarrhea is obvious, which can improve the clinical effect, and accelerate the early recovery of children, and it is of clinical application value.
