超声和钼靶X线诊断乳腺癌的临床比较

摘要 目的探讨比较超声和钼靶X线诊断乳腺癌的临床价值。方法选择该院自2015年1月—2017年12月收治的65例乳腺癌患者,均经过术后病理得到确诊,分别对其进行超声、钼靶X线检查,对比两种检查方法价值。结果超声诊断正确率为89.23%,钼靶X线诊断正确率为81.54%,相对比,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.873,P>0.05);超声检查对乳腺内钙化情况显示欠佳,但可较好的显示肿块,钼靶X线则与之相反。结论对于乳腺癌而言,采用超声、钼靶X线均可有效的将其显示,但均有不足,在临床上可以考虑联合使用。 Objective To study the clinical value of ultrasound and mammography X-ray in diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods 65 cases of breast cancer patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected and confirmed after the postoperative pathology, and the patients were for ultrasound and mammography X-ray examination, and the value was compared between the two groups. Results The accurate rates of ultrasound diagnosis and mammography X-ray were respectively 89.23% and 81.54%, and the differences were not obvious(χ2=2.873,P〈0.05); and the effect of ultrasound examination in the calcification in the mammary gland was not good, which could better show tumors, but the mammography X-ray was the opposite. Conclusion The ultrasound and mammography X-ray can effectively show the breast cancer, with disadvantages, and we should consider the combined application in clinic.
