摘要
目的探析中重度宫腔粘连实施电切术与人工周期治疗的临床效果。方法选取笔者所在医院2016年12月—2017年11月期间,收治的中重度宫腔粘患者76例作为研究对象,经医院委员会审核通过及患者知情同意自愿后,随机数字表法分为研究组和参照组各38例,参照组给予宫腔镜电切术治疗,研究组则在此基础上联合戊酸雌二醇片进行人工周期性治疗,观察各小组的临床治疗效果。结果经统计显示,参照组患者月经减少率为97.36%、不孕率31.57%以及周期性腹痛的发病率28.94%,与研究组各项分别为68.42%、7.89%、5.26%明显升高,且参照组再次妊娠率为68.42%较研究组97.22%低(P<0.05)。同时研究组患者治疗总效率为97.22%较参照组73.68%高(P<0.05)。结论针对笔者所在医院中重度宫腔粘连患者,实施电切术与人工戊酸雌二醇片周期性联合治疗,取得了极佳效果,可促进月经恢复,降低不孕以及腹痛几率,提高在此妊娠概率,推广应用价值极高,
Objective To study the clinical effect of electrocision and artificial periods in treatment of moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions. Methods 76 cases of patients with moderate and severe Intrauterine adhesions admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2016 to November 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases with the review of the hospital commission and consent of patients, the control group were treated with hysteroscopic electric resection, while the research group were treated with estradiol valerate tablets for artificial periods treatment on this basis, and the clinical treatment effect was observed. Results The statistics showed that the menstruation decrease rate, infertility rate and onset rate of periodic abdominalgia in the control group obviously increased compared with those in the research group(97.36%, 31.57%, 28.94% vs 68.42%,7.89%,5.26%), and the second pregnancy rate in the control group was lower than that in the research group(68.42% vs 97.22%),(P〈0.05), and the total treatment effective rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group(97.22% vs 73.68%),(P〈0.05).Conclusion The electrocision and estradiol valerate tablets for artificial periods in treatment of moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions is best, which can promote the recovery of menstruation, reduce the occurrence probabilities of sterility and abdominal pain and improve the pregnancy probability, and it is of extremely high promotion and application value.
