中医针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的价值研究

Study on Value of TCM Acupuncture in Treatment of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

目的探讨中医针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的价值,为临床工作的开展提供帮助。方法选取该院2015年6月—2016年6月期间收治的100例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为该次研究对象,按照就诊时间,将其随机分为参照组和研究组,每组50例。参照组患者给予毫针刺法,观察组患者给予温针灸法,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及患者对治疗方案的满意度。结果研究组治疗有效率92.00%明显高于参照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者对该次治疗方案的满意度为96.00%明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者行中医针灸治疗时,选用温针灸治疗方案的临床效果显著,治疗有效率较高,能够更好地恢复患者的腰椎功能,改善其生活质量,且患者医疗体验较好,值得临床选用。

Objective To study the value of TCM acupuncture in treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc and provide help for the development of the clinical work. Methods 100 cases of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each according to the admission order, the control group and the observation group were respectively treated with technique of filiform needle acupuncture and acupuncture moxibustion, and the treatment effect and satisfactory degree of patients to the treatment plan were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effective rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（92.00% vs 72.00%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the satisfactory degree to the treatment plan in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group（96.00% vs 80.00%）, and the difference was obvious,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The acupuncture moxibustion plan for TCM acupuncture in treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc has a more obvious effect, and higher treatment effective rate, which can better recover the lumbar function of patients, and improve the quality of life, with better medical experience, and it is worth clinical application.
