综合疗法结合神经节苷脂钠治疗中老年重症脑卒中患者的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Comprehensive Therapy Combined with Ganglioside Sodium in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Severe Cerebral Apoplexy

目的观察综合疗法结合神经节苷脂钠治疗中老年重症脑卒中患者的效果。方法该院入组62例中老年重症脑卒中患者,符合随机原则,选取时间2016年7月—2017年6月,随机数字表法分组,分为观察组(31例;综合疗法结合神经节苷脂钠治疗)和对照组(31例;综合疗法),对比2组患者治疗后各项临床数据并计算出统计学分析数值。结果观察组患者治疗后SOD(血清超氧化物歧化酶)活性、MDA(丙二醛)水平、临床总有效率90.32%、血流变学指标、神经功能缺损积分(9.51±2.01)分、半年后生存质量均明显更优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前SOD活性、MDA水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论综合疗法结合神经节苷脂钠治疗中老年重症脑卒中患者的效果较为理想。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive therapy combined with ganglioside sodium in the treatment of patients with severe cerebral apoplexy in middle and old age. Methods A total of 62 middle-aged and elderly patients with severe stroke were enrolled from July 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into observation group（31 cases）, comprehensive therapy with ganglioside sodium treatment） and control group（31 cases; comprehensive therapy）. The clinical data of two groups were compared and the statistical analysis values were calculated. Results After treatment, the activity of SOD（serum superoxide dismutases） and the level of malondialdehyde（MDA）, total clinical effective rate 90.32%, hemorheology index, the nerve function defect score（9.51±2.01） marks and survival quality after half a year were obviously better than those in the control group, and the differences were obvious（P 〈0.05）, and the differences in the SOD activity and MDA level between the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of combined therapy combined with ganglioside sodium in the treatment of patients with severe cerebral apoplexy in middle and old age is ideal.
