摘要
目的研究新生儿NO治疗肺动脉高压临床疗效。方法将2015年6月—2016年6月入院接受治疗的72例新生儿持续性肺动脉高压(PPHN)患儿随机分为两组,每组36例,观察组采用一氧化氮(NO)联合高频振荡通气(HFOV)治疗,对照组采用一氧化氮(NO)吸入治疗,观察治疗有效性和安全。结果观察组肺动脉高压有效率为97.00%,对照组为71.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.222,P<0.05);对照组治疗后复发平均时间为(23.14±3.21),观察组为(32.52±4.42),差异有统计学意义(t=4.274,P<0.05);对照组不良反应(胸痛、发热)治疗后评估值为(73.45±7.34),观察组为(67.12±6.23),差异有统计学意义(t=5.094,P<0.05)。结论一氧化氮(NO)联合高频振荡通气(HFOV)治疗新生儿持续性肺动脉高压(PPHN)具有良好的临床疗效,新生儿临床症状明显改善,氧合迅速改善,纠正新生儿缺氧,缩短呼吸机使用时间。该治疗安全可靠,值得推广应用。
Objective To research the clinical curative effect of NO in newborns in treatment of pulmonary artery hypertension. Methods 72 cases of newborns with PPHN admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each, the observation group were treated with NO combined with HFOV, while the control group used the inhaled therapy of NO, and the treatment effectiveness and safety were observed. Results The effective rate of pulmonary artery hypertension in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 97.00% and 71.00%, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.222, P 〈0.05), after treatment, the average recurrence in the control group and in the observation group was respectively(23.14±3.21) and(32.52±4.42), and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.274, P〈 0.05), and the evaluation value of toxic and side effects(chest pains and fever) in the control group and in the observation group was respectively(73.45±7.34) and(67.12±6.23), and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.094, P〈 0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of NO combined with HFOV in treatment of PPHN is good, and the clinical symptoms of newborns are obviously improved, and the oxygenation is rapidly improved, thus correcting the hypoxia of newborns and shortening the use time of respiration respirator, and the treatment is safe and reliable, and it is worth promotion and application.
