急诊护理路径在急性心肌梗死护理中的应用研究

Application research on Emergency Nursing Pathway in Nursing of Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨急诊护理路径在急性心肌梗死护理中的应用效果。方法将2017年1—12月急诊护理路径实施前与实施后该院急诊科各自接收的45例患者分别归为对照组与路径组,比较两组急救效果。结果路径组患者的各项抢救时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);路径组的抢救失败率为2.2%,对照组为13.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.873、P=0.049;路径组的满意率为97.8%,对照组为84.4%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.873、P=0.026)。结论对急性心肌梗死实施急诊护理路径干预,可以有效提高抢救效率及抢救成功率,促进护患关系和谐。

Objective To explore the effect of emergency nursing pathway in acute myocardial infarction. Methods From January to Debember 45 cases of patients received by the emergency department before and after the implementation of emergency nursing path were divided into control group and path group respectively. The effect of first aid was compared between the two groups. Results various rescue time and length of stay of the patients in the path group were shorter than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）;The rate of salvage failure in the path group was 2.2%, and the control group was 13.3%,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=3.873, P=0.049）;The satisfaction rate of the path group was 97.8% and that of the control group was 84.4%,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=3.873, P =0.026）.Conclusion The emergency nursing path intervention in acute myocardial infarction can effectively improve the rescue efficiency and rescue success rate and promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
