摘要
目的研究反思性教育模式对2型糖尿病患者自我护理能力的影响。方法选择2016年5月—2017年5月医院收治的2型糖尿病患者112例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组患者56例。对所有患者均进行常规护理,在此基础上,对照组患者进行常规健康教育,观察组患者采用反思性教育模式。对比两组患者教育前后的血糖指标,以及教育前后的自我护理能力。结果教育前,两组患者各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教育后,观察组患者空腹血糖(7.0±0.9)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(8.6±0.8)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(6.2±0.3)%,均低于对照组患者(t=3.65,4.13,4.18,P<0.05)。教育前,两组患者各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教育后,观察组患者血糖监测(25.1±3.4)分、遵医用药(24.6±3.3)分、规律运动(21.1±3.6)分、饮食控制(24.9±3.5)分、足部处理(23.2±4.4)分、急症处理(22.7±3.5)分,均高于对照组患者(t=5.62,4.62,5.54,4.62,3.99,5.46,P<0.05)。结论采取反思性教育模式,对2型糖尿病患者开展健康教育,能够提高患者自我护理能力,改善血糖控制效果,保障患者健康。
Objective To study effect of reflective education model on self-care ability of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 112 cases of patients of type 2 diabetes from May 2016 to May 2017 were divided into control group and observation group with 56 cases in each, and all of them were given routine nursing, control group were given routine health education, and observation group were given reflective education model. Their blood glucose indexes before and after education and the self nursing ability before and after education were compared. Results Before education, there was no statistically significant between the two groups(P〉 0.05). After education, fasting blood glucose was(7.0 ±0.9)mmol/L, postprandial 2 h blood glucose was(8.6±0.8)mmol/L, glycosylated hemoglobin was(6.2±0.3)% in the observation group, which were lower than those in the control group(t=3.65,4.13,4.18,P〈 0.05). Before education, there was not statistically significant between the two groups(P〉 0.05). After education, the blood glucose monitoring(25.1±3.4)points, medication-compliance(24.6 ±3.3)points, regular exercise(21.1 ±3.6)points, dieting control(24.9 ±3.5)points, foot nursing(23.2 ±4.4)points, acute treatment(22.7 ±3.5)points, which were higher than those in the control group(t =5.62,4.62,5.54,4.62,3.99,5.46,P〈 0.05). Conclusion Reflective education mode for health education for patients with type 2 diabetes can improve self-care ability, improve blood glucose control effect and ensure patients' health.
