腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石合并糖尿病的临床护理分析

目的研究与分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石合并糖尿病的临床护理措施。方法选取该院2016年7月—2017年7月收治的胆结石合并糖尿病患者80例为对象进行研究,根据护理方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,各40例。所有患者均行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,对照组围术期实施常规护理,观察组围术期实施临床护理干预。比较两组护理效果、住院时间以及护理满意度等。结果观察组护理有效率为95.0%(38/40)与对照组77.5%(31/40)相比显著较高,且组间差异有统计学意义(t=12.911 7,P<0.05);观察组住院时间为(3.4±1.7)d与对照组(8.2±1.6)d相比显著较短,且组间差异有统计学意义(t=11.988 9,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.5%(39/40)与对照组80.0%(32/40)相比显著较高,且组间差异有统计学意义(t=15.336 5,P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石合并糖尿病患者的过程中加强临床护理干预的效果非常显著,即可有效改善患者各种症状,并维持其血糖稳定,还能缩短其住院时间,提高护理满意度,因此值得应用推广。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical nursing measures of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstone associated with diabetes. Methods 80 cases of patients with gallstone with diabetes mellitus admitted from July 2016 to July 2017 in our hospital were selected as the study objects, according to the different nursing methods were divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each. All patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The control group received routine nursing during the perioperative period and the observation group received clinical nursing intervention during the perioperative period. And the nursing effect, length of stay and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.0%（38/40）,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 77.5%（31/40）, and the difference between groups was significant（t =12.911 7, P 〈0.05）, and the length of stay in the observation group was obviously shorter than that in the control group [（3.4±1.7） d vs（8.2±1.6） d], and the difference was statistically significant（t=11.988 9, P〈 0.05）, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group [97.5%（39/40）vs 80.0%（32/40） ], and the difference was statistically significant（t =15.336 5, P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstone patients with diabetes in the process of strengthening the clinical nursing intervention effect is very significant, which can effectively improve the patient＇s symptoms, and maintain its stable blood glucose, but also shorten the length of stay and improve the nursing satisfaction Therefore, it is worth application and promotion.
