带状疱疹后神经痛采用加巴喷丁治疗的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响

Curative effect and impact on the quality of life of postherpetic neuralgia treated with gabapentin

目的探讨加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取80例带状疱疹后神经痛患者,随机分为观察组与参考组,分别给予加巴喷丁、布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,观察两组临床治疗效果、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、生活质量评分(SF-36)、不良反应发生率及1年复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率、1年复发率、年平均复发次数优于参考组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分、SF-36各项目评分与治疗前比较均出现明显改善,且观察组明显优于参考组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹神经痛效果确切,能够显著改善患者生活质量且安全性高,可推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and impact on the quality of life of postherpetic neuralgia treated with gabapentin. Methods Eighty cases of postherpetic neuralgia patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and reference group, respectively given gabapentin, ibuprofen sustained release capsule treatment. The clinical curative effects, visual analogue scale scores（VAS）, survival quality scores（SF-36）, incidence of adverse reactions and 1 year recurrence rate in the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate, 1 year recurrence rate and annual average recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the reference group（P〈 0.05）. After treatment, the scores of VAS and the score of per item in SF-36 in the two groups significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and those in the observation group were significantly better than the reference group,there were statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gabapentin in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia has exact effect, which can improve the quality of life, with high safety, it is worthy of promotion.
