慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者采用鼻内镜手术联合药物治疗的临床效果

Clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery combined with drug therapy in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp

目的探讨鼻内镜手术联合药物治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床效果。方法将我院2011年6月至2016年6月收治的106例慢性鼻窦炎和鼻息肉患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组53例。研究组患者给予鼻内镜手术联合药物治疗,对照组患者单纯给予鼻内镜手术治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为98.11%,显著高于对照组的77.36%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组鼻炎评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用鼻内镜手术联合药物治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者具有显著的治疗效果,可用于临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery combined with drug therapy in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp. Methods One hundred and six patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp treated in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2016 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 53 cases in each group. The patients in the study group received endoscopic sinus surgery combined with drug therapy. The control group received endoscopic sinus surgery alone. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the study group was 98.11%, which was significantly higher than77.36% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the rhinitis scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery combined with drug therapy is effective for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp, and can be popularized in clinical practice.
