卵巢缝合止血在卵巢囊肿剥离术后对卵巢功能的影响

Effect of ovarian suture hemostasis on ovarian function after ovarian cyst exfoliation

目的探讨卵巢缝合止血在卵巢囊肿剥离术后对患者卵巢功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2013年3月至2016年3月在我院接受卵巢囊肿剥离术的70例患者的临床资料,按照止血方法不同分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组患者采用电凝法止血,观察组患者采用卵巢缝合止血。比较两组患者手术前、后的激素水平、术后异常情况发生率、F、卵巢直径。结果术前,两组患者的FSH、LH以及E2水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,对照组患者的FSH、LH水平均明显升高,E2水平显著降低(P<0.05);观察组患者的FSH、LH以及E2水平与术前比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。观察组患者异常排卵、经量过少、经期延长及卵巢功能衰竭发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后观察组患者F高于对照组,卵巢直径长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对卵巢囊肿剥离术后患者给予卵巢缝合止血能够有效保护患者的卵巢功能,效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of ovarian suture hemostasis on ovarian function after ovarian cyst exfoliation. Methods The data of 70 patients with ovarian cyst dissection were selected from March 2013 to March 2016 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, all patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the different methods of hemostasis, with 35 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with electrocoagulation to stop bleeding, and the observation group was treated with ovarian suture hemostasis. The hormone expression levels before and after surgery, postoperative occurrance of abnormal situation, F, ovarian diameter were compared in the two groups. Results Before surgery, the levels of FSH, LH, and E2 in the two groups were not statistically different（P〉0.05）. After surgery, the FSH and LH levels in the control group were significantly higher and E2 level was significantly lower（P 〈0.05）, the levels of FSH, LH, and E2 in the observation group were not significantly different from those before surgery（P 〉0.05）. The rates of abnormal ovulation, less menstruation, prolonged menstruation and ovarian failure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. After surgery, the F in the observation group was higher, and the ovarian diameter was longer than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ovarian suture hemostasis in patients after ovarian cyst dissection can effectively protect the ovarian function of patients,and the effect is remarkable.
