临床血脂异常代谢相关指标与载脂蛋白AI、载脂蛋白B和脂蛋白(a)的相关性 被引量:2

Correlation of apolipoprotein AI, apolipoprotein B and lipoprotein(a) with related indicators of clinical lipid abnormalities

摘要 目的探讨临床大样本空腹血糖(FPG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)指标与载脂蛋白AI(Apo AI)、载脂蛋白B(Apo B)、脂蛋白(a)代谢的相关性。方法选择我院住院的1 016例血脂异常患者为观察组,在本院接受健康体检的正常志愿者1 000例为对照组,检测两组血清中FPG、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、Apo AI、Apo B及脂蛋白(a)的水平,并进行统计学分析,研究Apo AI、Apo B、脂蛋白(a)与其他指标的相关性。结果 1016例血脂异常患者中,观察组中原发性血脂升高221例(21.75%),显著高于对照组的97例(9.70%)(P<0.05);继发性血脂增高795例(78.25%),显著高于对照组的223例(22.30%)(P<0.05)。血脂异常患者的LDL-C水平与Apo B显著相关(r=0.512,P=0.001)。血脂异常患者的HDLC与Apo AI显著相关(r=0.525,P=0.010)。结论血脂异常患者的LDL-C、HDL-C与Apo B、Apo AI的代谢异常分别具有一定的关系。 Objective To explore the correlation of fasting plasma glucose(FPG), serum total cholesterol(TC), highdensity lipoprotein(HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C) of clinically large samples and metabolism of apolipoprotein AI(Apo AI), apolipoprotein B(Apo B) and lipoprotein(a). Methods A total of 1 016 in patients with dyslipidemia in our hospital were selected as observation group, and 1 000 normal volunteers receiving physical examination in our hospital were selected as control group. The serum levels of FPG, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, Apo AI,Apo B and lipoprotein(a) were selected and statistically analyzed in the two groups. The correlation of levels of Apo AI,Apo B and lipoprotein(a) with other indicators were analyzed. Results There were 221 cases of primary dyslipidemia(21.75%) in 1 016 cases of patients with dylipidemia in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 97 cases(9.70%) in the control group(P〈0.05); and there were 795 cases of secondary dyslipidemia(78.25%) in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 223 cases(22.30%) in the control group(P〈0.05). The LDL-C levels in patients with dyslipidemia are significantly associated with Apo B(r =0.512, P =0.001), the HDL-C levels in patients with dyslipidemia were significantly associated with Apo AI(r=0.525, P =0.010). Conclusion LDL-C, HDL-C in patients with dyslipidemia is associated with abnormal metabolism of Apo B and Apo AI respectively.
