化痰通络汤联合依达拉奉治疗风痰阻络型缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效

Clinical effects of Huatan Tongluo decoction combined with edaravone in the treatment of ischemic stroke with wind phlegm obstructing collaterals type

目的探讨风痰阻络型缺血性脑卒中采用化痰通络汤联合依达拉奉治疗的效果。方法将我院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者80例根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组单用依达拉奉,观察组在对照组基础上联合化痰通络汤治疗。比较两组的神经功能缺损、中医证候积分、日常生活能力改善情况及治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的NIHSS评分及中医症候积分均降低,BI评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的临床治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论依达拉奉联合化痰通络汤治疗风痰阻络型缺血性脑卒中效果显著,能快速缓解临床症状,明显改善神经功能,提升日常生活能力,且无明显不良反应,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the effects of Huatan Tongluo decoction combined with edaravone in the treatment of ischemic stroke with wind phlegm obstructing collaterals type. Methods Eighty patients with ischemic stroke with wind phlegm obstructing collaterals type treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was purely given edaravone, while the observation group was treated with Huatan Tongluo decoction based on the control group. The neurological deficit, TCM symptom score, improvement of ability of daily living and curative effects in the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the NIHSS score and TCM symptom score in both groups decreased, and BI score increased, and those of the observation group were superior to the control group（P〈0.05）. The clinical treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）. No adverse reactions occurred during the two groups of treatment period.Conclusion Huatan Tongluo decoction combined with edaravone in the treatment of ischemic stroke with wind phlegm obstructing collaterals type has significant effects, it can quickly relieve clinical symptoms, improve nerve function, improve the ability of daily living and have no obvious adverse reactions, which is safe and reliable.
