针灸配合穴位按摩用于股骨颈骨折术后便秘的效果

Effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint massage on postoperative constipation of femoral neck fracture

目的探讨为股骨颈骨折术后便秘患者实施针灸配合穴位按摩处理的效果。方法选取本科室2015年8月至2017年8月收治的110例股骨颈骨折术后便秘患者,按照随机数表法将其分为常规组(n=55,穴位按摩)和配合组(n=55,针灸配合穴位按摩),比较两组的治疗效果。结果配合组的治疗总有效率高于常规组(P=0.014);治疗后,两组患者的排便持续时间、排便次数、排便时间间隔较治疗前均有所改善,且配合组优于常规组(P=0.000)。结论为股骨颈骨折术后便秘患者实施针灸配合穴位按摩处理效果显著,可明显改善患者排便间隔时间及排便次数。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint massage in patients with postoperative constipation of femoral neck fracture. Methods A total of 110 postoperative constipation patients with femoral neck fractures were selected from August 2015 to August 2017. The patients were randomly divided into routine group（n=55, acupoint massage） and cooperation group（n=55, acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint massage）. Treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the cooperation group was higher than that of the routine group（P=0.014）. After treatment, the duration of defecation, number of defecation, interval between defecation improved in both groups, and those in the cooperation group were better than the routine group（P =0.000）. Conclusion The treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint massage in patients with postoperative constipation of femoral neck fractures is effective, which can improve the defecation interval and defecation frequency.
