康妇炎胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效及对炎性反应的改善作用

Clinical effect of Kangfuyan capsule in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its improvement effect on inflammatory reaction

目的探讨康妇炎胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效及对炎性反应的改善作用。方法选取我院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规西药,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用康妇炎胶囊。对比两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分及局部体征积分、CRP和TNF-α水平均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康妇炎胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效突出,能够有效改善炎性反应,可在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfuyan capsule in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and improvement on the inflammatory reaction. Methods A hundred patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group（n=50） and control group（n=50）. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Kangfuyan capsule on the basis of the control group. The effects were compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the TCM symptom scores, local signs scores, CRP and TNF-α levels significantly decreased, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Kangfuyan capsule is effective in chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and can effectively improve inflammatory reaction, which is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
