老年脑梗死患者中优质护理服务的应用价值

Application value of high quality nursing service in senile patients with cerebral infarction

目的观察和探究优质护理服务在老年脑梗死患者护理中的应用价值。方法选择我院90例老年脑梗死患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和研究组,每组45例。对照组采用常规护理服务干预,研究组在对照组的基础上采用优质护理服务干预。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组患者的护理总有效率及护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对老年脑梗死患者采用优质护理服务干预治疗,不仅能有效提高患者的护理有效率,同时还能提升患者的护理满意度,其具有良好的应用价值。

Objective To observe and explore the value of high quality nursing service in senile patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Ninety elderly patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected as study objects and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing service intervention, and the study group was given high quality nursing service intervention based on the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the total incidences of complications between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing service intervention in senile patients with cerebral infarction can not only effectively improve the nursing efficiency, but also improve the patients＇ nursing satisfaction, which has good application value.
