延续性护理干预对肾结石患者生活方式改变依从性及术后并发症的影响

Effect of continuous nursing intervention on lifestyle change compliance and postoperative complications in patients with renal calculi

目的探讨肾结石患者术后应用延续性护理干预对其生活方式改变依从性及术后并发症的影响。方法选取我院94例肾结石术后患者,随机将其分为常规组与延续性组,均在院内给予常规护理,后者另给予延续性护理。比较两组患者的健康知识认知情况、生活方式改变依从性和术后6个月内并发症发生率。结果延续性组康复锻炼、饮食、运动、生活起居和并发症预防方面的健康知识认知评分均高于常规组(P<0.05);延续性组生活方式改变依从性分布情况与完全依从率均优于常规组(P<0.05);延续性组术后6个月并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论将延续性护理干预应用于肾结石术后患者能够有效改善其健康知识认知情况,还可积极纠正患者的不良生活方式,降低并发症风险。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on lifestyle change compliance and postoperative complications in patients with renal calculi. Methods A total of 94 postoperative patients with renal calculi were randomly divided into routine group and continuation group. Both groups were given routine nursing in the hospital and the continuous group was given continuous nursing. The cognition of health knowledge, lifestyle change compliance and postoperative complications within 6 months in the two groups were compared. Results The cognitive scores of rehabilitation training, diet, exercise, daily life, and complication prevention health knowledge in the continuation group were higher than those in the routine group（P〈0.05）. The distribution of lifestyle changes compliance and the complete compliance rate in the continuation group were significantly better than those of the routine group（P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complications at the 6 months after operation in the continuation group was lower than that in the routine group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention can effectively improve the health knowledge and cognition of patients with renal calculi surgery, and it can also actively correct the unhealthy lifestyle of patients and reduce the risk of complications.
