护理干预对改善剖宫产术后产妇母乳喂养的效果

Effect of cesarean section nursing intervention on maternal breastfeeding

目的分析护理干预对改善剖宫产术后产妇母乳喂养的效果。方法 2015年5月至2017年6月,共纳入122例接受剖宫产术的产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用护理干预模式,比较两组护理效果及护理满意度。结果观察组开奶时间、泌乳量满足率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对剖宫产术后产妇进行护理干预可缩短开奶时间,改善母乳分泌量,拉近护患关系,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on improving maternal breastfeeding after cesarean section. Methods From May 2015 to June 2017, a total of 122 maternal women received cesarean section were enrolled as the researth objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table. The control group received routine nursing model, the observation group received nursing intervention model. The nursing effects and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The lactation time, satisfaction rate of lactation amount in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P 〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention for postpartum cesarean section can shorten the lactation time, improve the lactation amount, bring closer the nurse-patient relationship, which deserves clinical promotion.
