人性化护理联合心理护理在乳腺癌改良根治术中的临床价值

Clinical value of humanized nursing combined with psychological nursing in modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer

目的分析人性化护理联合心理护理在乳腺癌改良根治术中的应用价值。方法将76例乳腺癌改良根治术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各38例,对照组行常规护理与心理护理,观察组在对照组基础上行人性化护理,比较两组患者情绪、生活质量、护理满意度。结果观察组出院时两组焦虑、抑郁情绪评分均明显低于入院时,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组出院时生活质量评分、护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为乳腺癌改良根治术患者行人性化护理联合心理护理,可有效减轻患者心理负担,提高生活质量,有利于建立和谐的护患关系。

Objective To analyze the application value of humanistic nu rsing combined with psychological nursing in modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Methods Seventy-six patients with modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. Routine nursing and psychological nursing were performed in the control group, and humanized nursing was performed in the observation group on the basis of the control group. The mood, survival quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The anxiety scores and depression scores in the two groups at discharge were significantly lower than those at admission, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P 〈0.05）. The survival quality scores and nursing satisfaction at discharge in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Humanized nursing combined with psychological nursing can effectively lighten the psychological burden and improve survival quality of patients with modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer. It is beneficial to the establishment of harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
