优质护理用于顺产产妇第四产程产后出血的效果

Effect of high-quality nursing on postpartum hemorrhage in the fourth labor stage of cesarean section

目的探讨优质护理用于顺产产妇第四产程产后出血的临床效果以及应用价值。方法选取72例自然顺产产妇,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组36例给予优质护理,对照组36例给予常规护理。比较两组产妇护理效果以及产妇满意度。结果观察组产程时间、第四产程出血量、第四产程和产后1天出血发生率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在预防产后出血中的应用能够发挥令人满意的效果,可加强医疗护理工作的质量,使产妇更加满意,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and application value of high-quality nursing for postpartum hemorrhage in the fourth stage of labor during spontaneous delivery puerpera. Methods A total of 72 cases of spontaneous delivery puerpera admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. 36 cases in the observation group were given high-quality nursing and 36 cases in the control group were given routine nursing. The nursing effects and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results The labor time, the blood loss and incidences of bleeding in the fourth stage of labor and 1 d after delivery in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P 〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in preventing postpartum hemorrhage can exert satisfactory results, which can enhance the quality of medical nursing work to make puerpera more satisfied, improve the quality of life of puerpera. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
