摘要
目的探讨空气波压力循环治疗仪联合护理干预应用于产科术后下肢深静脉血栓预防中的效果,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法将我院2016年4月至2017年1月所收治的170例产科术后患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组85例。对照组患者仅给予产科常规护理,研究组患者加用气压治疗仪及护理干预,比较两组的临床疗效、下肢深静脉血栓形成预防效果及护理满意度。结果研究组患者临床总有效率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的91.76%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的预防有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组患者的护理满意度为95.29%,显著高于对照组的82.35%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气压治疗仪联合护理干预措施可显著提升患者临床疗效,改善护理质量。
Objective To study the application effect of air wave pressure cycle therapeutic apparatus combined with nursing intervention in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs after obstetric operation, so as to provide reference for clinical application. Methods A total of 170 cases of obstetric patients admitted in our hospital from April2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 85 cases in each group. The control group was given only routine obstetric nursing, the study group was added air wave pressure cycle therapeutic apparatus and nursing intervention. The clinical efficacy, prevention effect of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the study group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than 91.76% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈 0.05). The prevention rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.01). The nursing satisfaction rate in the study group was 95.29%, which was significantly higher than82.35% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05). Conclusion Air wave pressure cycle therapeutic apparatus combined with nursing intervention measures can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and quality of nursing.
