摘要
以离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐为溶剂,采用一浴法溶解角蛋白和纤维素两种天然高分子,并制备复合薄膜。研究了角蛋白在复合膜中的存在形式及其含量对复合膜表面形貌、润湿性、热稳定性以及力学性能的影响。结果表明,再生角蛋白以颗粒形式包埋于纤维素基体中,使复合膜的表面形貌呈现越来越粗糙的趋势,从而赋予复合膜良好的表面润湿性能,接触角从84°减小至47°;同时角蛋白大分子容易与纤维素大分子形成氢键和分子间作用力,使复合膜的热稳定性略有增加,断裂强度从30 MPa增加到62 MPa。
Ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride was used to dissolve the cellulose and keratin in one-pot,the composite membranes were fabricated.The resulting membrane's surface morphology,wettability,thermal stability and mechanical properties were evaluated by scanning electron microscope(SEM),water contact angle(WCA),thermal gravimetric analyzer(TGA)and universal mechanical testing machine.The results show that the regenerated keratin was embedded in the cellulose matrix as a particles,which increases the roughness of composite membranes and endows them an excellent surface wettability.At the same time,the addition of keratin reinforced the thermal stability and tensile strengh of the cellulose matrix due to the interaction and hydrogen bond between keratin and cellulose macromolecules.
