小儿营养不良性贫血临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Anemic Anaemia in Children

目的探究小儿营养不良性贫血的主要引发原因、临床表现、治疗方式与治疗效果。方法纳入2016年4月—2017年9月间该院收治的53例小儿营养不良性贫血患儿,分析患儿的主要临床表现和症状,并通过制定和发放调查问卷等形式明确患儿发生营养不良性贫血的主要原因,对患儿应用右旋糖酐铁治疗,观察患儿血红蛋白水以及网织红细胞水平改善情况。结果 31例轻度贫血患儿,发生率为58.49%,17例中度贫血患儿,发生率为32.08%,5例重度贫血患儿,发生率为9.43%,引发贫血的主要原因包括喂养不当、过晚添加辅食以及家长欠缺育儿相关知识等。经过对症治疗后,52例患儿网织红细胞计数以及血红蛋白均恢复至正常水平,治愈率为98.11%,1例患儿治疗后出现血红蛋白下降现象,发生率为1.89%,引发原因为不当喂养。结论在明确小儿营养不良性贫血引发原因的情况下需要对患儿家长采取针对性喂养和饮食指导,同时需要定期进行血红蛋白检查,有效抑制小儿营养不良性贫血发生率,促进患儿正常生长和发育。

Objective To study the major causes, clinical manifestations, and treatment method and effect of anemic anaemia in children. Methods 53 cases of children with anemic anaemia admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to September 2017 were selected, and the major clinical manifestations and symptoms were analyzed and the major causes of children were surveyed by making and issuing the questionnaires, and the children were treated with dextriferron, and the improvement of hemoglobin level and reticulocyte level of children were observed. Results There were 31 cases with children with mild anemia, and the incidence rate was 58.49%, and 17 cases with children with moderate anemia, and the incidence rate was 32.08%, 5 cases with severe anemia, and the incidence rate was9.43%, and the major causes of anemia included the improper feeding, adding the supplementary food too late, and lack of related knowledge of parenting of their family, after the systematic treatment, the reticulocyte count and hemoglobin of 52 cases of children returned to the normal level, and the curate rate was 98.11%, and 1 case had the decrease of hemoglobin, and the incidence rate was 1.89%, caused by the improper feeding. Conclusion The children＇s family should receive the targeted feeding and dieting guidance on the basis of making the causes of anemic anaemia in children sure, and conduct the examination of hemoglobin regularly, thus effectively suppressing the incidence rate of anemic anaemia in children and promoting the normal growth and development of children.
