注射用甲泼尼龙注射液联合头孢曲松治疗儿童肺炎支原体感染的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Injection of Methylprednisolone Combined with Ceftriaxone in Treatment of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection

目的研究探索甲泼尼龙注射液联合头孢曲松对儿童肺炎支原体感染临床治疗的效果分析。方法选取2015年8月—2017年12月在该院收治的儿童肺炎支原体感染患儿368例,将其随机分成两组,对照组患儿使用甲泼尼龙注射液的药物进行治疗,研究组患儿给予甲泼尼龙注射液联合头孢曲松进行治疗,将两组患儿的治疗效果进行对比。结果治疗前两组临床症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组发热评分(0.23±0.05)分、咳嗽评分(0.22±0.02)分低于对照组(0.92±0.06)分、(1.04±0.11)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.35、6.37,P<0.05);患儿治疗结果方面,研究组有效率89.1%明显优于对照组76.1%(χ~2=7.031,P<0.05)。结论在对儿童肺炎支原体感染患儿进行甲泼尼龙注射液联合头孢曲松的治疗过程中,有效地减轻了患儿的临床症状,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective To research the effect of injection of methylprednisolone combined with ceftriaxone in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods 368 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2015 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated with methylprednisolone injection, while the research group were treated with methylprednisolone combined with ceftriaxone, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment, the differences in the clinical symptom scores between the two groups were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）, after treatment, the fever score, and cough score in the research group were lower than those in the control group [（0.23±0.05）points,（0.22±0.02）points vs（0.92±0.06）points,（1.04±0.11）points], and the differences were statistically significant（t=4.35, 6.37, P〈0.05）, and the effective rate in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group（89.1% vs 76.1%）,（χ^2=7.031, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The injection of methylprednisolone combined with ceftriaxone in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients, and it should be promoted and applied in clinic.
