乳酸杆菌阴道胶囊联合咪康唑胶囊治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效及复发情况分析

Analysis of Clinical Curative Effect and Recurrence of Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsules Combined with Miconazole Capsules in Treatment of Colpitis Mycotica

目的探究乳酸杆菌阴道胶囊联合咪康唑胶囊治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效及复发情况。方法选取2016年3月—2017年3月收治的112例霉菌性阴道炎患者临床资料进行分析,将其依据治疗方式不同分成对照组(56例)与研究组(56例),前者行咪康唑胶囊治疗,后者于前者基础上加以乳酸杆菌阴道胶囊治疗,比较两组临床症状消失时间、阴道分泌物中分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)与白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平以及复发率。结果研究组白带异常(5.29±1.65)d、外阴瘙痒(4.07±1.09)d等临床症状消失时间均较对照组短(t=8.3224,15.5091,17.7918,11.0230,P<0.05);研究组治疗后阴道分泌物中sIgA(72.16±4.65)、IL-6(69.79±5.62)pg/mL均低于对照组(t=17.7292,19.7953,P<0.05);停药6个月后,研究组复发率为3.57%,与对照组相比显著低(χ~2=7.0490,P<0.05)。结论霉菌性阴道炎患者经乳酸杆菌阴道胶囊与咪康唑胶囊配合治疗后可有效改善临床症状,且复发率降低,可推广。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect and recurrence of lactobacillus vaginal capsules combined with miconazole capsules in treatment of colpitis mycotica. Methods 112 cases of patients with colpitis mycotica admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 56 cases in each according to different treatment methods, the former was treated with miconazole capsules, while the latter were treated with lactobacillus vaginal capsules combined with miconazole capsules, and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, s Ig A and IL-6 levels and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms such as leucorrhea and pruritus vulvae in the research group were respectively（5.29±1.65） d and（4.07±1.09） d, which were shorter than those in the control group（t=8.322 4,15.509 1,17.791 8,11.023 0,P〈0.05）; after treatment, the s Ig A（72.16±4.65）, IL-6（69.79±5.62） pg/m L in the research group were lower than those in the control group（t=17.729 2, 19.795 3,P〈0.05,）, after 6-month drug withdrawal, the recurrence rate in the research group was 3.57%, which was obviously lower than that in the control group（ χ^2=7.049 0,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The lactobacillus vaginal capsules combined with miconazole capsules in treatment of colpitis mycotica can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, which can reduce the recurrence rate, and it can be promoted.
