摘要
目的研究窦汇区脑膜瘤手术中显微技术的应用价值。方法选择2015年3月—2017年8月该院接诊的窦汇区脑膜瘤病患50例,将之采用奇偶数字分组法随机分成实验和对照两组,每组25例。实验组实行显微外科手术治疗,对照组实行常规手术治疗。综合分析两组的手术效果,比较平均输血量和肿瘤全切除率等指标。结果实验组的症状改善率为96.0%、肿瘤全切除率为92.0%,明显比对照组的80.0%、68.0%高,组间差异差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.121 2,18.000 0,P<0.05)。实验组的平均输血量为(357.26±219.45)mL,明显比对照组的(1 121.37±409.52)mL低,组间差异有统计学意义(t=8.223 1,P<0.05)。实验组的并发症发生率为4.0%,比对照组的16.0%低,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.000 0,P<0.05)。结论于窦汇区脑膜瘤手术中积极采用显微技术,可有效减少手术创伤,提高肿瘤全切除效果,减少术后病残风险。
Objective To research the application value of microtechnique in the confluens sinus meningiomas surgery.Methods 50 cases of patients with confluens sinus meningiomas surgery admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each, the experimental group were treated with microsurgery, while the control group used the routine surgery, and the operative effect of the two groups was comprehensively analyzed, and the average blood transfusion and total tumor resection rate were compared between the two groups. Results The symptoms improvement rate and total tumor resection rate in the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group(96.0%, 92.0% vs 80.0%, 68.0%), and the differences were obvious(χ^2=12.121 2, 18.000 0, P〈0.05), and the average blood transfusion in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group [(357.26±219.45)m L vs(1 121.37±409.52)m L], and the difference between the two groups was obvious(t=8.223 1, P〈0.05), and the incidence rate of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(4.0% vs 16.0%), and the difference was obvious(χ^2=8.000 0, P〈0.05). Conclusion The active application of microtechnique in the confluens sinus meningiomas surgery can effectively reduce the operative wound, improve the total tumor resection effect and reduce the postoperative disability risk.
