高血压合并冠心病患者的临床护理效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Nursing Effect of Patients with Hypertension and Coronary Heart Disease

目的探析高血压合并冠心病患者的临床护理效果。方法将2016年8月—2018年1月期间在该科治疗护理的高血压合并冠心病患者80例作为研究对象,按照护理方案的不同分成两个临床护理小组,对照护理组(n=40)主要实施常规的临床护理措施,观察护理组(n=40)主要实施系统的临床护理干预。最后将两组护理效果进行对比分析,主要对比观察两组患者的血压控制效果是否理想,以及对比两组患者对冠心病的改善效果是否满意。结果对比两组临床护理服务对患者的冠心病病情改善效果的满意度,观察护理组的整体满意度97.50%(39/40),相比对照护理组的77.50%(31/40)差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.314 3,P<0.05)。结论对高血压合并冠心病患者积极做好常规临床护理措施,在此基础上重点实施一系列的多元化、系统性临床护理措施,能够让患者获得更理想的血压控制效果和更加满意的冠心病病情改善效果,值得在护理此类疾病患者时大力推行应用。

Objective To study the clinical nursing effect of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods 80 cases of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing plans, with 40 cases in each, the control group used the routine clinical nursing measures, while the observation nursing group used the systematical clinical nursing intervention, and the nursing effect was compared and analyzed, and whether the blood pressure control effect was ideal or not was observed, and whether the improvement effect of patients with coronary heart disease was satisfactory or not was compared. Results The satisfactory degree of clinical nursing services to the coronary heart disease between the two groups was compared, and the holistic satisfactory rate in the observation nursing group and the control nursing group was respectively 97.50%（ 39/40） and 77.50%（ 31/40）, and the difference was statistical significance（χ^2=7.314 3, P〈0.05）. Conclusion We should do well in the routine clinical nursing measures of patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease, and implement a series of multiple and systematic clinical nursing measures on this basis, thus making the patients obtain more ideal blood pressure control effect and making them more satisfied with the improvement effect of coronary heart disease, which is worth great promotion and application.
