Donor's BMI influences pregnancy outcome in donor oocyte IVF/ICSI cycle

摘要 目的探讨受卵IVF/ICSI-ET周期临床妊娠率的影响因素。方法回顾性分析海南医学院第一附属医院生殖中心2010年1月至2015年12月期间符合纳入标准的450例受卵IVF/ICSI-ET周期的临床资料,并根据供卵者年龄、供卵者体重指数(BMI)水平、受卵者年龄、受卵者BMI水平、受卵者内膜类型和授精方式进行分组,采用多因素逻辑回归分析法分析受卵者IVF/ICSI-ET周期临床妊娠率的影响因素。结果供卵者的年龄、受卵者可利用胚胎数和供卵者BMI均显著影响受卵者IVF/ICSI-ET周期的临床妊娠率(P<0.05),其中供卵者年龄是最主要的影响因素(P=0.000)。供卵者的年龄每增加1岁,受卵者的临床妊娠率将下降13.7%;受卵者可利用胚胎数(≤3个)每增加1个,受卵者的临床妊娠率将增加54.3%;供卵者的BMI每增加1kg/m^2,受卵者的临床妊娠率将下降5.5%。结论供卵者的年龄、受卵者可利用胚胎数和供卵者BMI是影响受卵者IVF/ICSI-ET周期临床妊娠率的因素。 Objective:To explore the influencing factors for clinical pregnancy in IVF/ICSI cycle with donor oocyte.Methods: The present retrospective study included 450 IVF/ICSI cycles with donor oocytes in conformity with the inclusion criteria in our IVF center from January 2010 to December 2015.The cycles were divided into the groups according to the age and body mass index(BMI)of donor,age BMI of recipient,the endometrial type of recipient and methods of insemination.The multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting the clinical pregnancy rate of the IVF/ICSI-ET cycle with donor oocytes.Results:The significant influencing factors for clinical pregnancy in IVF/ICSI cycle with donor oocytes were donor age,number of available embryos for recipient and donor BMI(P〈0.05).Donor age is the major influencing factors(P =0.000).For every one year increased in age of donor,the clinical pregnancy rate of recipient was decreased by 13.7%.If the number of available embryos of the recipient increased by one(total number≤ 3),the clinical pregnancy rate of recipient was increased by 54.3%.For every 1 kg/m2 increased in BMI of donor,the clinical pregnancy rate of recipient was decreased by 5.5%.Conclusions:The influencing factors for clinical pregnancy in IVF/ICSI cycle with donor oocytes were donor's age,number of available embryos for recipient and donor's BMI.
