摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种发病机制复杂的代谢紊乱性疾病,病因至今尚未阐明,主要以排卵障碍、卵巢多囊样改变和高雄激素血症为主要临床特征。基于核磁共振技术(NMR)的代谢组学研究提供了一种新的方法来探索PCOS,从而更好地了解PCOS的发生与发展过程。本文收集近年基于NMR技术的代谢组学在PCOS应用的文献,总结了NMR代谢组学在PCOS的近期应用进展。
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a kind of metabolic disorders disease,with complex pathogenesis and uncertain etiology,which is mainly characterized by ovulatory dysfunction,polycystic ovarian morphology,and hyperandrogenism performance.The studies of metabonomics based on nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)provide a new way to explore PCOS,which contributes to comprehend the occurrence and development of PCOS.This article collects and summarizes the literatures involved the application of NMR-based metabolomics in polycystic ovary syndrome in recent years.
