二合一洗衣液的研究

摘要 考察了不同柔软功效原料在阴离子/非离子、非离子表面活性剂体系中的稳定性,筛选出可以透明稳定的4种配方。通过对织物的白度、柔软性能、再润湿性能及去污力的影响,得出结论:添加亲水性阳离子共聚物的阴离子/非离子配方产品柔软效果最好,添加阳离子改性纤维素的阴离子/非离子配方产品次之。添加亲水性阳离子共聚物和阳离子改性纤维素后,配方产品的去污力稍有下降。4种配方对织物白度和再润湿性能的影响均不大。最后得到一种黄变程度最轻、柔软效果最好的二合一柔顺洗衣液。 The two-in-one liquid laundry detergent with truly soft effect and lowest yellowing degree was prepared. The stability of different materials with different softening functions in anionic and nonionic surfactants complex detergent or nonionic surfactants detergent was studied and four stable formulations were filtered out. Performance in fabric whiteness, softness, rewettability and detergency were studied and the results showed that the anionic and nonionic surfactants complex detergent containing hydrophilic cation copolymer has best softening property, then is the anionic and nonionic surfactants complex detergent containing cation modified cellulose. The detergency of detergents declined slightly after adding those two softening materials. The change of performance in fabric whiteness and rewettability was not obvious in all the four detergents.
