摘要
探讨了表面活性剂种类、浓度对微泡洗净力的影响,以及此时的气泡行为。结果表明,表面活性剂种类对洗净力无影响,而随着其浓度的增加,气泡直径变小,提高了微泡洗净效果。添加表面活性剂能够提高气泡稳定性。但在高浓度表面活性剂溶液中,虽然提高了污垢的洗净性,却降低了微泡的洗净效果,添加浓度为临界胶束浓度1/20~1/6的阴离子表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂,能够有效利用微泡洗净。
To improve the detergency of microbubble cleaning, effects of concentration and the type of surfactants were examined. In addition, the bubble behavior was investigated. As a result, the detergency was improved by decreasing ofbubble diameter with increasing concentration of surfactant, regardless of the type of surfactant. However, when adding high concentration of surfactant, the bubble stability was improved while the cleaning effect of microbubble was reduced. Therefore, the authors concluded that the addition of anionic or nonionic surfactant with concentration ranging from 1/20 to 1/6 of cmc was most suitable and effective for microbubble cleaning.
