对国际汉语职前教师课堂教学表现的观察和反思

摘要 教师专业发展的内在规律是构建外部机制的前提和基础。文章通过对汉语国际教育专业本科生课堂教学表现的观察,总结了职前教师课堂教学的主要问题,分为4个模块、21种类型和50种表现。职前教师课堂教学中的这些问题与发展阶段、态度方法、培训模式和课程设置4个方面因素有关,据此进一步探讨了完善外部机制的相应对策。 The internal law of teacher's professional development is the premise and foundation of the construction of its external mechanism.Through the observation of the teaching performance of undergraduate students majoring in international Chinese-language education,this paper divides the main problems of their classroom teaching into four modules,21 types and 50 kinds of performance,which are related to the development stage,attitudes and methods,training modes and curriculum design.It finally explores the corresponding measures to improve the external mechanism.
