摘要
制备双醋瑞因微乳并进一步以卡波姆940为材料制备双醋瑞因微乳凝胶,对微乳凝胶的黏度、pH值和体外释放性能进行考察。所制备的双醋瑞因微乳平均粒径为(21.45±0.53)nm,微乳凝胶的黏度均值为(28.5±2.5)Pa·s,pH值为6.58±0.42,12 h体外释放达70%左右。双醋瑞因微乳凝胶黏度、pH值符合要求,体外释放性能良好,可为双醋瑞因经皮给药提供一种新的选择。
Diacerein microemulsion was prepared and further made to diacerein microemulsion gel with Carbopol 940 as gel. Viscosity,pH value and in vitro release profile of gel were evaluated. The average size of the microemulsion was(21. 45 ±0. 53) nm,the mean viscosity and pH value of microemulsion gel were 28. 5 ± 2. 5 Pa·s and(6. 58 ± 0. 42),respectively. The cumulative in vitro release of gel in 12 h was up to about 70%. The diacerein microemulsion-based gel with suitable viscosity,pH value,and in vitro drug release profile would be a new choice for diacerein transdermal drug delivery.
