With the advent of ＂micro-era ＂, the open teaching environment and the diversified knowledge communication channel challenge the classroom teaching in colleges and universities. The teaching method reform,enhancing teachers＇ professional quality and personality charm,caring for students and teaching reflection diary were practiced and analyzed to change and adjust ＂micro-content＂,＂micro-form＂and ＂micro-expression＂on teaching to encourage students to be willing to go to class,like to have a class,fall in love with the class,and improve the teaching effect of pharmaceutical engineering courses.
