摘要 "微时代"的到来,高校的教学环境更加开放,知识传播渠道更加多元化,对高校教师和课堂教学提出了挑战。从教学方法改革、提升教师自身的专业素养和人格魅力、以学生为本以及教学反思日记等方面进行实践和探讨,改变和调整教学的"微内容"、"微形式"和"微表达",激发和推动学生愿意上课、喜欢上课、爱上上课,提升制药工程专业课程的教学效果。 With the advent of "micro-era ", the open teaching environment and the diversified knowledge communication channel challenge the classroom teaching in colleges and universities. The teaching method reform,enhancing teachers' professional quality and personality charm,caring for students and teaching reflection diary were practiced and analyzed to change and adjust "micro-content","micro-form"and "micro-expression"on teaching to encourage students to be willing to go to class,like to have a class,fall in love with the class,and improve the teaching effect of pharmaceutical engineering courses.
