针对一段转化炉热效率偏低的问题,从工艺和设备两方面进行原因分析,提出相应改进措施,优化一段转化炉运行工况,达到节能降耗的目的,确保装置安全经济运行。

Aiming at why the heat efficiency in primary converter was lowered down, this paper studied the reasons from the aspects of process and equipment, and presented improvement measures to optimize the operation condition to achieve energy saving and safety operation.
