摘要
信息技术应用对基础教育的发展起到了一定的促进作用,但在实际的应用过程中出现城乡差异的问题,调查实践研究差异主要表现在:网络建设、资源设配、教师技能、实践应用等方面,针对存在的差异,为了实现城乡教育公平、优质资源共享,提出相应的改善措施。
