转基因玉米的技术发展综述

摘要 玉米是目前世界上产量最高的谷类粮食作物,是我国畜牧养殖的基础和支柱,也是目前重要的生物能源作物,尤其是传统的玉米作物与发展最为迅速的转基因技术相结合后更能提高作物的产量,满足社会发展的需求。本文结合转基因玉米国内外的研究状况,从受体系统,转化方法,标记基因及相关筛选剂的选取等相关技术上进行综述,为转基因玉米技术奠定理论基础。 Corn is the cereal food crop with the highest output in the world at present, which is the foundationand pillar of livestock husbandry in our country. It is also an important bioenergy crop at present. In particular,the combination of traditional corn crops and the most rapidly developed transgenic technology can improvecrops output, to meet the needs of social development. Based on the research status of transgenic maize at homeand abroad, this article reviewed the related technologies of receptor system, transformation method, selection ofmarker genes and related screening agents, To lay a theoretical foundation for gm corn technology.
