摘要 为探讨现存市场骑行裤各部位的服装压力大小,改善其压力舒适性,选取两款骑行裤,从人体骨骼关节、肌肉和体表皮肤变化3方面分析骑行运动特征.选择14个压力测试点,分别测试人体站立、骑行2种状态下的压力值,并对其进行分析.得出在骑行状态下的压力值是静态站立的2倍,各个部位在骑行周期中的压力值变化规律基本保持一致,且当右踏板处于0°~45°位置时,压力值最大;腰部客观压力大;大腿部、小腿部、膝盖与臀部客观压力适中,根据骑行运动特征并结合骑行裤压力舒适性给出优化设计方案. To inquire into the clothing pressure of each part of cycling pants in the market,improving their pressure comfort,two female cycling pants were selected as experimental materials.Firstly,the characteristics of cycling movement were analyzed from three aspects of human bone-joint,muscle and the deformation of skin.Secondly,fourteen points were selected for the experiment,and the method of subjective and objective combination was used to test the pressure value when human body is from a standing and a cycling position respectively.The following conclusions can be drawn by analysis.The pressure value of cycling state is 2 times higher than that from a static standing position,the variation of pressure value in different parts of cycle is basically consistent,and when the right pedal is in the 0~45°position,the pressure value is the highest.Objective pressure value of waist is higher,and that of the thigh,the calf,the knee and the hip is moderate.Finally an optimal design plan of the cycling pants was provided based on the characteristics of cycling movement combined with the clothing pressure comfort.
