一种新型静电纺丝装置及其喷头的电场模拟 被引量:3

摘要 针对目前静电纺丝装置产量低、纺丝不稳定的问题,设计了一种新型静电纺丝装置并对其喷头进行静电场模拟.首先,对新型静电纺丝装置进行了总体设计;然后,对锯齿式纺丝喷头、刷液头、辅助运动机构等部件进行具体设计分析;在此基础上,运用有限元分析软件COMSOL Multiphysics 5.3建立喷头模型,分析其外部电场的分布规律,理论上验证喷头纺丝的可行性;最后通过静电纺丝实验调整优化喷头设计及纺丝工艺参数.纳米纤维形貌特征的电镜观察结果表明,锯齿式静电纺丝装置可以实现纺丝的连续化,使纳米纤维的规模化生产成为可能. In view of the problem of low yield and instable spinning of the current electrostatic spinning device,a new type of electrostatic spinning device is designed to produce the polyacrylonitrile nanofibers efficiently,and it′s nozzle is simulated for electrostatic field.First,the new electrospinning device is designed.Then,the relevant mechanism is designed,including serrated nozzle,brushing mechanism and auxiliary motion.On this basis,the nozzle model is built by the finite element analysis software COMSOL Multiphysics 5.3,and the distribution of the external electric field is analyzed to verify the feasibility of nozzle spinning.Finally,the elec-trostatic spinning experiment is carried out to optimize the parameters of the nozzle and the spinning process.According to the image of the morphology of nanofibers,the continuous spinning can be achieved by the serrated electrostatic spinning device,which makes it possible for the large-scale production of nanofibers.
