不同组成中药合生元对蛋鸡养分消化率及蛋品质的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Composition of Chinese Medicine Synbiotics on Nutrient Digestibility and Egg Quality of Laying Hens

摘要 [目的]探究不同组成中药合生元对蛋鸡养分消化率及蛋品质的影响。[方法]选取216只400日龄的健康海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分成3组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组(1)饲喂基础日粮+0.5%乳酸菌-红曲霉中药合生元制剂,试验组(2)饲喂基础日粮+0.5%红曲霉中药合生元,试验共56 d。[结果]与对照组相比,试验组(1)和(2)的日粮干物质、粗蛋白和钙的表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05),且试验组(1)和(2)存在显著差异(P<0.05)。与对照组和试验组(2)相比,试验组(1)鸡蛋蛋黄中蛋白质含量显著提高(P<0.05)、蛋黄中脂肪、胆固醇、甘油三酯含量显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组(1)和(2)蛋黄中SOD与GSH-Px活性显著提高(P<0.05),MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组(1)和(2)鸡蛋的失重率、蛋黄系数和蛋白pH均呈缓慢上升,且第28天试验组(1)鸡蛋失重率与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]蛋鸡日粮中添加0.5%乳酸菌-红曲霉中药合生元制剂与0.5%红曲霉中药合生元制剂均可以提高蛋鸡养分消化率,改善鸡蛋品质,且0.5%乳酸菌-红曲霉中药合生元制剂效果更好。 [Objective] To explore the effects of different compositions of Chinese traditional medicine synbiotics on nutrient digestibility and egg quality of laying hens.[Method]216 400-day-old healthy Hyline brown hens were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups. The hens in control group were fed with basal diet,and those in experiment group① were fed with the basal diet + 0. 5% lactic acid bacteria-Monascus purpureus Chinese medicine compound preparation synbiotics,and those in experiment group② were fed with the basal diet + 0. 5% M. purpureus Chinese medicine synbiotics. The test lasted 56 days.[Result]Compared with control group,the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein and calcium in experiment groups① and② were significantly improved( P〈0. 05),and there was no significant difference between experiment group① and experiment group②( P〈0. 05). Compared with control group and experiment group②,protein content in egg yolk in experiment group① significantly increased( P〈0. 05),and the content of fat,cholesterol and triglyceride in egg yolk in experiment group① decreased significantly( P〈0. 05). Compared with control group,the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in the yolk in experiment groups① and② significantly increased( P〈0. 05),and their MDA content decreased significantly( P〈0. 05). Compared with control group,the weight loss rate,yolk factor and protein pH of eggs in experiment groups① and② increased slowly. On the 28 thday,the weight loss rate of eggs in experiment group① had significant difference with that in control group( P〈0. 05).[Conclusion]Adding 0. 5% lactic acid bacteria-M. purpureus Chinese medicine compound preparation synbiotics and 0. 5% M. purpureus Chinese medicine synbiotics in the diet of laying hens could improve the nutrient digestion rate of laying hens and egg quality. And the feeding effect of 0. 5% lactic acid bacteria-M. purpureus Chinese medicine compound preparation synbiotics was better.
