摘要 [目的]研究赛山梅(Styrax confusus)种子萌发生理生化特性。[方法]对赛山梅种子萌发期生理生化指标变化进行测定,包括贮藏营养物质含量以及相关酶活性。[结果]赛山梅种子萌发初始阶段可溶性蛋白含量整体呈上升趋势,可溶性糖含量先上升后下降,淀粉酶活性先上升后下降趋于平缓,同时淀粉含量不断下降,过氧化物酶活性在萌发后期明显升高。赛山梅种子萌发初期淀粉转化成可溶性糖和蛋白质,种子代谢活性显著提高。[结论]该研究为揭示赛山梅种子萌发期的代谢规律,促进赛山梅种子迅速整齐萌发提供了科学依据。 [Objective]To reveal the physiological and biochemical characteristics of Styrax confuses seeds during the germination stage.[Method]The changes of physiological and biochemical indexes in the germination period of S. confusus were measured,including the contents of nutrients and the activity of related enzymes.[Result]The soluble protein content in the initial stage of seed germination was on the rise. The soluble sugar content increased first and then decreased. The activity of amylase decreased gradually and the starch content decreased. Peroxidase activity increased significantly in the late stage of germination. Starch of S. confusus seeds transformed to soluble sugar and protein during the initial stage of germination and metabolic activities of the seeds significantly increased. [Conclusion]This study provided a scientific basis for revealing the metabolic regularity of the seeds germination period and promoting the rapid and orderly germination of S. confusus seeds.
