摘要 [目的]研究土壤重金属对玉米籽粒中重金属含量的影响,为提高玉产质量提供理论依据。[方法]对滕州矿区农田根系土壤及表层土壤和玉米籽粒中5种重金属含量进行分析。[结果]5种重金属含量均低于各自对应的国家标准限值;玉米对Hg的吸收富集能力最强,对As和Pb的吸收富集能力最弱;玉米籽粒与根系土壤间As的相关系数最大,是由于籽粒中As含量随土壤中As含量的增加而增加,其他重金属间的相关性相对较弱;土壤中Cd对植株的影响能力最强,Hg和Pb仅具有一定的潜在影响能力,As和Ni的影响能力相对较弱。[结论]有效控制土壤重金属的输入量、pH和增加有机质含量等,对降低有效态重金属含量具有重要作用。 [Objective] To analyze the effects of soil heavy metals on the content of heavy metals in maize,and provide the theoretical basis for improving the quality and yield of maize. [Method]The content of five heavy metals in soil,topsoil and maize kernels in farmland of Tengzhou mining area were statistically analyzed. [Result]Five kinds of heavy metal content was lower than the corresponding national standards limit; Maize showed the strongest absorption of Hg,the weakest absorption and accumulation ability of As and Pb; The highest correlation coefficient of As between maize grain and root soil was due to the increase of As content in grain with the increase of As content in soil result and relatively weak with several other indicators; The heavy metal morphological data showed that Cd had the strongest effect on plants,Hg and Pb had only a certain potential influence,As and Ni had weaker influence. [Conclusion]The effective control of soil heavy metal input,pH and the content increase of organic matter play an important role in reducing the content of available heavy metals.
