摘要 从教学条件、教学内容、教学方法和教学评价方法等方面对食品安全快速检测技术课程进行了教学改革。实践表明,改革后的教学内容具有很强的典型性,能结合国内食品安全现状。通过改革教学方法提高了课程教学效率,培养学生主动学习和团队合作的精神,同时极大地提高学生的实践操作能力和科研创新能力。通过实施多元化教学评价方法,可以全方位监控学生的学习效果。 The teaching of rapid detection technology of food safety course was reformed from teaching conditions,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching evaluation methods. The practice showed that the reformed teaching content combined with current situation of food safety in China was very representative. Through reforming the teaching methods,the teaching efficiency was improved,the active learning and teamwork spirit of students was cultivated,and practical operation ability and scientific research innovation ability of students were greatly improved.Through the implementation of diversified teaching evaluation methods,the learning effects of students could be overall monitored.
