摘要
以韭菜为发酵原料,进行了发酵产沼气实验研究.结果表明,在中温(30±1)℃的条件下进行批量发酵,切碎与捣碎韭菜的原料产气率分别为500mL/gTS(560mL/gVS)和410mL/gTS(460mL/gVS);在中温(30±1)℃、HRT=15d的条件下进行半连续发酵,进入第二个发酵周期时,可减轻韭菜发酵抑制剂的影响,产气较为平稳.
Experimental research on biogas production potential and semi continuous fermentation was made from leek.The results showed that the batch fermentation was carried out under the medium temperature of(30±1)℃,biogas production rate of the chopped and mashed leek was 500 mL/gTS(560 mL/gVS)and 410 mL/gTS(460 mL/gVS),respectively.Under the medium temperature of(30±1)℃,semi continuous fermentation,when HRT is 15 d,enters the second fermentation periods,which can slow down the inhibition of leek to fermentation,and the production of gas is more stable.
