主枝数差异对苹果叶片叶绿素荧光特性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为了解主枝数差异对高光效开心树形苹果树叶片叶绿素荧光特性的影响,以不同主枝数的高光效开心形苹果树为材料,研究分析了树体东侧叶片叶绿素荧光参数的日变化、快速光曲线拟合参数、快速叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明,苹果树开心形树形改造中主枝数的减少对苹果树叶片的光合相关特性有所提高,一天中接收的光合有效辐射及光合电子传递速率,最大电子传递速率及对强光的适应性,叶绿素荧光比活性参数中的单位反应中心吸收的光能、单位反应中心捕获的用于电子传递的能量、单位反应中心捕获的用于还原次级电子受体醌(QA)的能量,能量分配比率参数中的用于电子传递的量子产额及捕获的激子将电子传递到QA下游其他电子受体的比率。结果说明,主枝数的减少改善了高光效开心形苹果树的光照状况,提高了叶片对光照的适应性和光能利用能力。 To understand the effect of difference of main branches on chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of leaves of apple trees with high light efficiency and open center shape, apple trees with different main branches and high light efficiency and open center shape were taken as materials to study and analyze daily variation of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, fitting parameters of rapid light curve, and rapid chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of leaves of east side of tree bodies. The results showed that reduction of number of main branches in the transformation of apple trees with open center shape improved some photosynthesis related characteristics of apple leaves as follows: photosynthetically active radiation received and photosynthetic electron transport rate in one day, maximum electron transport rate and adaptability to strong light, light energy absorbed by the unit reaction center and the energy used for electron transport captured by the unit reaction center and the energy used for restore the QAcaptured by the unit reaction center in chlorophyll fluorescence ratio active parameters, quantum yield for electron transport and the ratio of the captured exciton to transport electrons to other electron acceptors downstream of QAin energy allocation ratio parameters. These results showed that reduction of number of main branches improved illumination condition of apple trees with high light efficiency and open center shape and adaptability to light and ability to use light of leaves.
