摘要
采用扫描电镜观察了褐软蚧(Coccus hesperidum Linnaeus)泌蜡腺体、蜡泌物的超微结构与半透明蜡壳的形成过程。结果表明,年轻雌成虫背面蜡质是由许多不连续的蜡片层层叠加构成的;老熟雌成虫体壁硬化,其上分布的小孔分泌小颗粒状蜡质;二者腹面气门路上的五格腺产生的蜡丝带状分布,构成蚧虫呼吸的通道。
A study on the ultrastructure of wax glands, wax secretion and the formation of the semitransparent wax of Coccus hesperidum Linnaeus was carried out by scanning electron microscope. The result showed that it was found that many discontinuous wax pieces covered on whole dorsal surface of young adult females, layer by layer. Small wax particles adhere to the cuticle sclerotization of old adult females which were secreted by small pores. Quinquilocular pores were distributed over the spiracular cleft in verter. Their wax filaments accumulated into a band extending from spiracle to margin to provide a channel for breath.
