论全球化信息化背景下区域农业发展的综合研究方法

A Comprehensive Research Method of Regional Agricultural Development under the Background of Globalization and Informatization

区域农业发展研究是优化利用农业资源、合理配置农业生产力、科学制定农业规划、推进区域农业现代化的基础性工作,也是一项十分复杂的工作。文章结合作者多年工作实践,着眼全球化、信息化的时代特点,提出以辩证法思想和开放系统观点观察分析区域经济发展演变,以站在区域之外看区域发展的系统观、站在高层看总体的层次观、从社会经济生态综合看区域经济结构的功能观,统观全局、洞察联系、预见未来的概念开发思路;总结提出能够较好解决区域农业庞大总体研究的技术路线和逻辑系统;指出在经济全球化和信息网络技术迅猛发展的情况下,影响区域农业发展的因素不断增加,时间间隔缩小,空间跨度扩大,区域农业发展研究还有许多需要解决的问题。

Regional agricultural development research is the basic work of optimizing the use of agricultural resources, rational allocation of agricultural productivity, scientific formulation of agricultural planning, and promoting regional agricultural modernization,but also is a very complex work. The article combines with the author＇s many years of work experience, focuses on the characteristics of the times of globalization and informationization, puts forward to observe and analyzes the evolution of regional economic development with the dialectical thought and open system point of view, to stand in the area outside the regional development system view, stand in the top level of the overall view, from the social economic and ecological comprehensive regional economic structure function overall, contact,insight, foresight concept development ideas for the future; puts forward the research can solve large overall regional agricultural technology and logic system; points out that in the economic globalization and the rapid development of information network technology,the influencing factors of regional agricultural development increasing, extremely narrow time interval, the spatial span extreme expansion,study on the development of regional agriculture and many problems need to be solved.
