摘要
采用Fluent软件对W型辐射管内天然气的燃烧状态进行了模拟.首先在ANSYS中建模并划分网格,然后再将限元文件导入Fluent中进行燃烧模拟.通过对比在不同工况下燃烧流场的数据参数,从而选出最佳的燃烧状态,对W型辐射管结构的优化和燃烧气体成分比的设置有一定的参考价值.
Fluent software was used to simulate the combustion state of natural gas in W-type radiation tube. First,the model was established in ANSYS and grid was divided; then,the limited file was imported into Fluent for the combustion simulation. The data parameters of combustion flow field under different working conditions were compared to select the best state of combustion,providing certain theoretical reference for the optimization of W-type radiant tube structure and for the setting of the combustion gas composition ratio.
